CANDIA SCHOOL DISTRICT
RESIDENCY

Residency for the purpose of enrollment in a district school shall be defined by RSA 193:12.

It will be the responsibility of the Superintendent to determine residency status, on an individual
case basis, consistent with all State and Federal Regulations and the following Candia School
Board Policies: JFAA, JFAB, and JFABD.
