TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION

It is the intent of the School Board to limit its spending to the amount specified for each line item. However, when the Superintendent or his/her designee feels it is appropriate for a function transfer, it will be brought before the board for approval.
Funds may not be transferred from the Unemployment Compensation line item.

To the greatest extent practical, the Board will be kept apprised of the discretionary transfer of such funds.
